ARD Entertainment Customer Service can be contacted via email, telephone and fax. Our staff has been highly trained and has worked in the Adult Retail business for several years. Please address the reason for your contact as a subject heading to help us provide you the best possible customer service.  Customer Service representatives are available in the office Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. This excludes major holidays. After hours, please email us and we will respond the following business day.

Shipping:

All orders with physical addresses are shipped via the best method available between UPS, Fed Ex and United States Postal ground. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for all orders and note shipping times may vary. Shipments to APO, DPO and FPO Military addresses, or PO Boxes will be done via United States Post Office and may incur delayed shipping times. Also there is no express shipping or signature required options for these addresses.  When possible it is best to provide a physical address as opposed to a PO Box to eliminate shipping delays and to provide easier tracking of packages. Express shipping is available at an extra charge.

Any and all damages or loses that occur during shipping and transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. If necessary we will issue a call tag to return the damaged item(s) to us for inspection, and at company discretion a replacement product will be shipped to you and we will file a claim through UPS. If damages or loses do occur, please do not throw away any boxes or packages prior to speaking with a company representative regarding the matter. Please understand that the replacement order may take additional time as the claim has to be filed. At times entire orders or parts of an order may not be available or on backorder, when this happens you will be notified to let you know about the delay. Partial orders will be shipped out and the backordered items will be shipped out when they become available at no cost to you. If an item becomes unavailable or discontinued, we will offer a similar item at the same cost or allow a partial refund for that specific item.

We are very strict about your privacy and all of our shipments come in discreet packaging and all invoices, packing slips and shipping labels bare the corporate name, so no one will know what is inside the boxes you receive except you. If you will not be at home to receive your shipment, we suggest you leave a note with a neighbors’ address that the package can be delivered to or leave a note with strict instructions to NOT leave the package if no one is home. We can not be responsible for a package left by UPS if no instructions were present asking for something else to be done. We do not require signatures for delivery, though you may chose this as a shipping options for an additional charge. You may also opt to fill out the ship to address on your order to a work or friend’s address to ensure someone will be available to receive the shipment. Another reason we use discrete packaging and labeling.

Please include you email address as well as you phone in all orders you place so that we will have a means to contact should a problem arise. It is required as part of your checkout.

Some restrictions do apply to certain shipments. Some aerosol products can not be sent via United States Post office so may not be shipped to PO boxes or APO addresses, they also may not be shipped express and must be shipped ground. Also certain states prohibit the shipment of certain items into specific areas of the state. Please check with your local laws regarding adult products or contact customer service.

Privacy

Your privacy and safety is important to us. We use a secured server for your transactions on our website. This can be seen when you begin secure checkout by the http section of the web address changing to https. ARD Entertainment does everything we can on our end to protect both you and your computer while you are visiting our site. If you have any questions you may contact customer service at support@adultretaildirectory.com.

ARD Entertainment, nor any of its affiliated companies will never sell or share you private and personal information to anyone other than required third parties. A required third party would be a company such as UPS, which will need certain pieces of your information, i.e. address, name and email address in order to complete the job we pay them for.

All of your orders will be shipped in discrete packaging to protect your privacy. All labels, invoices and packing slips will be under the corporate name of ARD Entertainment. This is to ensure that no one but you knows what you have received and where you received it from unless you wish to share that information.

ARD Entertainment., nor any of its affiliated companies will contact you without permission unless in case of needing information regarding your purchase. You may elect to sign up for our newsletter, and you may cancel that at any time. We will not solicit you for your business. Your contact information will only be held until you have received your order.

Returns/ Exchanges/Cancellations

What is not returnable? Due to the nature of our products, any product that has been opened, used or had any sealed packaging broken can not be returned. This includes inside sealed bags, outside sealed edges, and all packaging. No edible, liquid, powder, or cream based products will be accepted for return, no exceptions. We have this policy in effect to protect the health, safety and well being of ALL of our customers.

What is returnable? Certain things can be returned, but only to be exchanged for another of the same item, unless not available, see our exchange policy below. Items that can be returned directly to us may include DVD’s and certain other products that were damaged in shipping as per our discretion and upon confirmation of shipping damage.

Exchange policy. Products that are eligible to be returned for a product exchange must be reported to the company within 2 business days of delivery. Any defects, order mistakes, or other problems not reported within 2 business days of delivery will not be considered eligible for any return or exchange. Products may only be exchanged for the same item. If the same item is not available, we may offer a similar or substitute products for you to choose from.

Since we strive to have orders shipped out as soon as possible, cancellations are not available. It is important that you double check your order before you finish placing it to ensure you are getting the correct products.

Manufactures Warranties. Most major manufactures offer a 30, 60, or 90 day warranty on their products. There is usually warranty information in or on the packaging. For your convenience we have compiled a list of the major manufacturers' contact information for their warranty policies. Please note that most of these warranties require a copy of the original sales receipt and sometimes the original packaging. Credit Card Statements

Credit Card statements and bank statements will show your purchase as ARD. In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by established third party banking, processing agents and distribution institutions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information and to process and ship your order. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access by physical security means.
