1. What name will show up on my bank records or credit card statement?
All bank statements, credit card statements, shipping labels and packing lists will show the corporate name of ARD. This is to protect your privacy.
2. What do you do with my email and personal information?
All the information you provide to us is kept private. We do not sell or give away the information we collect, and it is used by us or approved third parties simply for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
3. Why were there products that I was not allowed to order?
Some states, counties or cities have certain restrictions about what can be shipped to addresses there. If in your shopping cart you were told that a certain item could not be ordered due to shipping restrictions, this is why.
4. Where is my order?
Orders are shipped out of our warehouse in New Jersey, so please allow for a minimum of 5 to 10 business days for transit time. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of time of order and will be shipped when complete.
5. What is your return policy?
Please refer to the help desk and click on return policy to read the details of our return policy as well as and manufacturer warranties that may be available.
6. What is the benefit of becoming a member?
Becoming a member allows us to store your billing and shipping information on our secure server so that you will not have to re-enter it every time you come back and make another purchase. Members may also receive specials or member only discounts and coupons from time to time.
7. How do I contact customer service?

You can also call 1-888-642-5517 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Make sure to visit the help desk, the answer to your question or concern may already be there.
8. How do I find out more about your products?
Our products come from some of the largest adult toy manufacturers and most of them have websites with product information. We try to make sure that the descriptions we use come form the information that the manufacturer provides. We also have an Education section on this website dedicated to general product knowledge that may have the answers you are looking for.
9. What if i need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order you must contact customer service as soon possible. Once an order has been processed there is no way to cancel or change it.
10. What if my order is not available?
If something in your order is not currently available, the order will be held until all items are available. If for some reason these items become completely unavailable or will take more than an acceptable amount of time to become available, we will contact you and discuss your options at that time. You can also request a tracking number for your orders by contacting customer service.
